But again the Title Cotto has and had most of them he weight at 146.5 to 147 a weight he feels comfortable to make.

for me it should be:

Title fight: Cotto has the option to make 147 if he wants to.
Non-Title fight: The weight Limit is shortened by his opponent to 141 to 145

**** all that this fight isn't at 147 and Cotto has been sodomized on every other possible aspect of the entire deal from the start and now Pac and his team want to make an issue on a contract they signed. If they wanted the belt they should have done 1 of 2 things. 1.Put it in the contract.
