How good is Andre Dirrell? Does he have a shot at winning the tournament?

Honestly, I haven't seen much at all of this guy just some clips here and there.

Whats everyones opinion on him, his boxing abilities, etc. and more importantly, does he have a shot?

Also, is there a fight of his I should check out that can give me a good idea about his boxing skills?

Download some fights my man or check online. He is very naturally gifted and I'll go on record and say he arguably has the fastest hands of any boxer fighting today. Blinding speed, good footspeed, could move his head more and hasnt been tested really. Better offensively than defensively.

from wot i have seen i dont think he can win it
he has great speed and good power but he is kinda sloppy and gets caught
a few more top fights would have helped,this tourney has come a little too early for him imo
he may prove me wrong though,as he is stepping up in class and this is his chance too make a huge splash in boxing

He's got a lot of skill. He's got some pop, and is real quick. The problem I've seen with him is that he seems to wilt when he can't put someone away. He'll dominate the first 5 rounds, and he'll have the guy going but he doesn't put him away, and than he plays it safe.

That's why I think Froch is a bad style matchup for him. He'll prob make Froch look ****** for the first few rounds, but Froch is gonna keep comin and comin, and I don't know if Dirrell can fight going backwards well enough to come out alive and with the W.

I think it'll look like Froch/Taylor...except I think Dirrell will be ahead by more and will get stopped earlier.

I somewhat agree with that but I dont think Froch is the guy to do it, you have to make Dirrell fight, Froch doesnt throw enough punches and Dirrell will be content to do what he does if you dont make him fight. Dirrell has good footspeed, I've seen this.

No chance of winning it, i can't remeber his match ups tbh but he faces Froch first and will be KTFO and most likely the same will happen if has King Arthur also.
