While the Punisher is definately avoided like the plague,Winky did not have the physical advantages of the Punisher,that's why I'll always rate him higher,big ,no huge fan of both!!!

Winky is a stylistic nightmare and still has a hard time getting fights. Pavlik won't even go near him and most think he's past it.

winky had potential fights vs kessler and pavlik but imo he has an inflated sense of himself. he asked for too much and because of that the fight never got made.

imo the most ducked fighter right now is williams without doubt
