if Larry Potter picks Cotto to win.
That means that PACQUIAO will KO him in few rounds!

So has he actually been down at all since that KO? And don't be a parrot cunt by talking about Cotto. Do that in the million other topics.
You are right, i think Pacman has not been down because he does very well against these feather and lightweight fighters and they just don't have the power to do it, so you are definitely right.

I'm not going to mention "his" name, but will say that larry is right, he has not been tested by the true welterweights. LIKE I'VE SAID 1 MILLION TIMES.....Pacman is an all-time great and he has dominated lightweights and featherweights and if he beats cotto and other welterweights then he'll dominate welterweights also.

Eh, I'm over that whole monster thing. He didn't look like no terminator during the Margs, Jennings and Clottey fights. Hell, I don't think he even looked all that great against Malignaggi and Judah.

Get him, Pac. I'm tired of all this Cotto love.
Well since your the one that has begun the Cotto talk i'll kindly a bilge you with my point of view.

Cotto looked spectacular against Marg the first half of the fight...He got tired and beat up by a champ and no one can take that away from Margo.

Margo is currently serving a suspension for trying to load his gloves in his very first title defense...take what you will from that.

Judah has never received such a beating in his life as the one Miguel Cotto laid on him that night at MSG.

Jennings got stopped in 5...Jennings didn't really engage in fighiting and stayed out of the pocket when even throwing his own punches...which means it took a while for Cotto to be able to find him..when he did...he took him out.

Clottey is a tough SOB...I've said this before...Clottey runs through Manny's Resume undefeated and beats Manny Pac on size alone.

If Cotto had fought Hatton he would be coming off a impressive K.O

If Manny had fought Clottey he would be coming of a Loss.

            Eh,

To clear things up, Manny wasn't knocked down yet after his flyweight title defense in 1999. There was no legit KO yet.

When has Cotto been KD you idot?

never. The only one time he got pushed to the ground.

By this Logic Cotto will never lose.

Well, since I got my answer I'm OK with this topic descending into more Cotto talk. It's all the rage around here, right?

I think that fight just shows, along with the Clottey fight, that Cotto is the modern day king of bad gameplans. Some of the tactics he adopts make me scratch my head and go "What the fuck is this fruitcake doing?"

Over time I'm starting to believe that it really was Cotto's lack of gameplan, as opposed to whatever Margs may or may not have had in his hands. Williams and Clottey survived the same pressure from the mullet-haired one just fine.

Sure, but Cotto was cut up worse than a fresh piece of pork. He may have finished the job, but he looked a right state afterwards - and Judah's a slick guy.

                  He sure did.

But he wasn't no terminator/monster in doing so. The less they call him such exaggerated superlatives, the less people might rag on him.

With Clottey's workrate? Hell, he'd probably have lost even more rounds to Pac than Cotto. The latter didn't even do anything in some rounds, whilst Pac would've at least been active and looking good for the judges.

Yup. It's little nuthugger pricks like this who make Cotto look even less desirable to support.

im not picking anyone to win...im just using reasoning...pacman is a great fighter so i wouldnt be surprised if he won at all...but cotto is a great fighter as well so i wouldnt be surprised if he won either.

All of your opinons are very valid and I could write a book trying to discredit them but it would do no good cause it's not like in your very next post...you'll say..."You know BOOM you are correct and I am wrong"...never happens...

Anyway my only quill with your entire rebuttal is this ....The Terminator thing came from people calling Cotto a robot....and Robo-cop and dissing him saying he was a TR robot and did whatever his Robot masters told him to do...

Don't blame the fans for making it into a positive and running with it...besides it's all in good fun.
