You making too much excuses for hatton, He ducked Witter plain and simple because of his awkwardness, Hatton has never been a thinker in the ring and for him to beat Witter he has to go in there and think which he's in capable of doing, You can use Hatton's title at 2 different weight has an example of how better he is than Witter but thats covering the eye with wool.

The only thing Hatton had for himself was the fans who he was able to hide behind, Witter would have KO hatton with his face first style.

Witter is a step backwards for Khan, or at least not a step forward. Khan should have about 8-10 more fights max. Witter isn't one of them.

      Maidana first tho.

why only have 8-10 more fiights? He's young, and he's gonna be fed quite a few soft opponents.

Do Hatton haters seriously, seriously believe the Hatton of 2005-2007 would of been beaten by Junior Witter? You forget Witter didn't even win at title until 2006, at which point Hatton was fighting in America. You can't expect him to lose the best paydays of his career just to come and prove a point to a guy who showed him no respect at all.

Witter is a good fighter and i've met him a couple of times- decent guy, i hope he beats Devon Alexander next month before beating Tim Bradley (something he should of done the first time). Then maybe he should think about a big payday against Khan before calling it a day

I really doubt Warren would put Khan in against Witter unless Witter looks bad against Alexander.

Witter does have power though which will alway be the question mark for Amir. But Witter is lazy as **** and often takes rounds off which you cant afford to do against someone with Khands handspeed and workrate.

lol, You would wouldnt you??? Did you have Collazo beating Hatton in Collazo's own country??? With collazo been the champion??? Would give you the Witter been lazy though..Hatton

It's nice to see him fairly characterized here for a change. I lose track of the amount of times I've seen him labelled a nob by someone who met him, just because he lacked Hatton's outgoingness or gift of the gab. It's funny how true humility can be mistaken for arrogance and true arrogance can be mistaken for...well, you know.

He is young and has the potential to go until he's 32-33. But because he started so young his career only really needs another 4 years (26/27) for him to achieve everything he can. Just thinking about say 10 fights, you've got Maidana, Juan diaz, Paulie, Ortiz, Salita, Campbell, JMM, PBF, maybe Guzman and Valero/Bradley... (not neccesarily in that order)

I've probably missed a couple out and there will be up and comers but he should keep it short and sweet. That is if he continues to win, obviously.

Trust me, I have also lost count of hatton fans who claimed to have met Witter and how the man is a "****"..... Even though they have never met him, They make all this ridiculous excuses and claims to justify the reason that Hatton gave for ducking him.
