Scap, this answer is for you, and if you come out of the shadows and show you face, I'll be shocked.

The answer is Joe Calzaghe. This guy has been sitting over in Britain for years now talkin about how he is best in the division, how he could have gone up and fought Jones, how he could have gone up and fought Tarver, etc., etc., etc. This guy MAY be the best at Super Middleweight, but how are we going to know? By watching him fight Brian Magee next month? Who the $^&@ is Brian Magee? If this guy never opened his mouth again, my ears would be much happier.

Bernard has never fought a real Middleweight? Do you want to put the crack down? He is the only person to stop the now recognized LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT champ in Glen Johnson. He fought Syd the ***el and Antuan Echols(2x), both of whom have gone on to fight for titles at SUPER MIDDLEWEIGHT. Oh, I think that he has fought a few Middleweights during his reign.

You can add another 3 world champs to that list: Robin Reid, Ritchie Woodhall and Byron Mitchell. If you look at the way in which he beat most of these guys and at his obvious talent it's ****** to call him overrated. He beats anyone from light heavy down.

I'd favor Hopkins, Tarver, and Glen Johnson over Calzaghe. He's way past his best...these three would all take him apart.

I don't think Calzaghe could beat either Tarver or Johnson. He's must be wasting his talent because he hasn't tried to unify the division.
