floyd is right. there are few white americans who do well in boxing, hense white americans turn to mma. ppl can namedrop the klits, calzaghe etc all they want. how many americans root for a eastern european guy? not many, they dont want to watch those guys. im not being racist its just the truth. hell, nobody wants to watch the klits. he is also right mma isnt on his (or any other top boxers) level, although the fight revenue isnt the reason.

japanese and brazilians are well represented in mma. given a choice, people prefer to watch sports where their race has some representation. if you don't see that, i don't know what to tell you.
