Who has the bigger advantage Pacman or Cotto?

I have allready seen the excuses that Cotto will be to weight drained to compete with the allmighty Pacquiao. I disagree. Pacman's ideal fighting weight is probably 135 and Cotto's is 147. That said I see that Cotto coming down a measly 2lbs vs Pacman fighting 10lb above his fight weight is not a disadvantage for Cotto.

pacman was 145 for the second marquez fight. cotto was 146 vs clottey. the weight will not be an issue.

Cotto is my favorite fighter and I will definitely be cheering for him.

But at this point I feel like he will not be able to handle Pacquiao's speed which will lead to an eventual stoppage

The over under in this fight is 9.5 rounds. I am taking the over. Cotto has only been Knocked out and thats by A plasterfull margarito. Manny hasn't been out in the past 10 years. He weighed 112 and it was in 1999. Pacmans best chance to beat Cotto is to use his speed so I'm expecting a Khanisque preformance. Hit and move..

Drained by 1 pound, hardly very drained is it? He got in at 146 against clotty. The reason he doesn't want to go to 147 is because 5 pounds bigger is already alot to gain
