Who has the bigger advantage Pacman or Cotto?

I have allready seen the excuses that Cotto will be to weight drained to compete with the allmighty Pacquiao. I disagree. Pacman's ideal fighting weight is probably 135 and Cotto's is 147. That said I see that Cotto coming down a measly 2lbs vs Pacman fighting 10lb above his fight weight is not a disadvantage for Cotto.

    Miguel Cotto going down 2lbs.
    54.93%
    39
Manny Pacquiao going up 10 lbs.
    14.08%
    10
    No advantage for either boxer
    30.99%

there are no advantages on either side and there should be no excuses since Pacman called Cotto out so the weight should not be an excuse when is all set and done also us Cotto fans shouldnt have any either "IF" Pacman wins

Everyone knows Cotto will outweigh pac by 10+ lbs on fightnight, that's your advantage right there.

Considering Cotto may come in as a MW.
            Cotto has the advantage

Cotto 4 sho. 145 is still WW. And Pac ain't no WW, even if he did beat DLH. He's too small to take Cotto imo.

Cottos got the advantage in this fight...

there were plenty of reports about how Manny told Bob that he wanted Cotto right after he fought Clottey

Telling his promoter who he would like to fight is good business. Telling Larry Merchant after you just won your fight is calling someone out. Look at JMM after the Diaz fight he called PBF out.
