Pac will still be # 1 because he already beat JMM once plus PBF is coming of a long layoff and Cotto's loss to Margarito, you could argue, was su****ious.

Depends on if Cotto looks like himself at the weight. If Pac stops a game Cotto and Marquez decisions Mayweather Id have Pac as #1. If Pac beats a drained Cotto and Marquez wins a decision Id have Marquez as #1

If PBF is his usual self, then JMM should be number one. But if Floyd comes in rusty or slow, then still pac. Just really depends on how PBF show up.
