Hatton and that version of De La Hoya are just not the same. Hatton has a tick in his left hook that Manny timed to perfection. Ricky also walks in a straight line and squares himself up. It's just a completely different test. Just because they all happen to be left hand heavy doesn't mean much to me. Cotto is as hittable, but he's not going to be as easy to avoid.

I have to dissagree Cotto chin is nowhere as easy to find as Hatton's

Cotto's chin is always tucked... hidden in gloves or behind a shoulder(well not always obviously)

Cotto doesn't charge in he uses angles...though he does take a big step when throwing the jab but the right hand is usally up around his cheek and his chin is down.

This is a tune up for Manny who has come off very difficult fights, and is looking for an easy opponent before mingling with the big dogs: JMM or Mayweather. The promoters can sugar coat it the way they like, but Cotto is nothing more than a stepping stone, and a glorified sparring parter for bigger fights in the future.
