With Amir Khan winning the WBA junior welterweight title from Andreas Kotelnik last Saturday night in Manchester, many speculated that Hatton would try to challenge his good friend to a big money showdown. Its all coming from roach and co...He threw it out there and like a rumour it spreads like wildfire..They knew by talking about it that the public would start talking about it and thats pressure in itself to take the fight.Then you got Warren doing his part with the ricky retire bit yet he'd make the Hatton fight in a heartbeat...

sounds like he's thinking retirement. His family probably told him when he was in hospital that he might be back there if he got in the ring again.

Good. Hatton don't need to fight no more. Khan is winnable should he decide to take it, but if he don't wanna fight, **** it. Just retire before he gets hurt.

If you interview anyone just after they've got out of hospital for unknown reasons then obviously they're not going to be focused on fighting again. He will fight again, but I doubt it'll be Khan.

He's had a great career & I don't think he's washed up but if he chooses to fight on I'll cheer for him but if decides to sail into the sunset with his large bank account I'm okay with that too.he's only 31 & there is lots in the world to see & he has a promotional company & many contacts.good luck to him on whatever he chooses!

Good news, he doesn't need to fight anymore, had a good career... only lost to p4p #1 of at that time, has plenty of money, getting married and will have a family, got Hatton Promotions which he can concentrate on... he should just relax and be proud of having a great career and just enjoy himself now IMO.
