None of us actually knows how good his chin will be. You don't just lose your chin like that witout a catalyst. I think it was losing too much weight. After all, prior to the weight loss he was closer to stopping a heavyweight than he was to being stopped by a heavyweight (see round 4 Jones-Ruiz). Perhaps moving back up will fix it.

      hmm

Listen, Roy's body was damaged on some degree permanently in my opinion when he lost the muscle, and subsequently, when Tarver landed that punch Roy has become even more susceptible to being KO'd. Before that he had taken good shots from Ruiz and Tarver in the first fight.

Now, as a result of age, a general weakining of his body, and being more prone to concussions as a result of that wonder hit by Tarver, Roy is more likely to get hurt. Going up to heavyweight will not help that in my opinion at all.

Hey, I don't mind it. What you said might be right. I was purely speculating. And I appreciate your tone, especially when compared to some douches' here (cough-Neuraxis-cough). Nice post.

If he fights any top 10 heavyweight, it will only be a question of how long he can go without getting rocked and can he win some boring ass rounds where they both stand there and he pot shots them.

Against Brewster, I think that RJJ wins every round that he does not get KOed in.

Against VK, VK is even more cautious than normal at the beginning and gets a KO off of a stiff jab (not those pawing jabs that one theoretically can get under.

If Roy died can you imagine that P4p number 1 in 2004 dead in 2005, what a fall.
