I think I understand his point. Boxing has more skill in it than mma. Skill is more important in boxing. You see a big gorilla like lesnar pounding smaller dudes. Than you put some dude who's even a little tactical but ain't even that good like lyoto he's undefeated.

Boxing's a more refined sport. MMA fighters aren't very refined in their skills they're all over the place. Only a few fighters I can came in mma are actually refined fighters ex.GSP.

mma fans in general are usually young fad following and really don't know **** about fighting.

I think any boxing fan still enjoys the art of combat no matter where it come from or what it looks like.

I try to catch as many UFC headliners as I can. I know plenty of fans here that do the same.

The thing is I feel that the only person claiming boxing is dead is Dana White to promote his own UFC.

I know plenty of die hard MMA fans at my gym that put boxing on a pedestal for the sheer skill ability in prize fights
