And your point is.... ?? So he knocked him out... it doesn't matter any more, except as far as Khan has lost his '0'. After the weekend's results Prescott just isn't in the picture any more as a potential Khan opponent, for a while at least.

On the contrary, Khan needs to keep the **** away from Prescott. Prescott is a limited fighter with huge punching power. Khan would have to box perfectly to beat him and it would be a ridiculous risk to take.

My point is he will always have that hanging over heis head until he has accomplished enough to make us forget about it. He was knocked out in the first 30 seconds of the fight, it will be hard to ever call him the best at any wieght because hell to us always seem to be 1 punch away from losing. Just as all fighters are, but hell seem a little closer since its already happened to him before. Its like he has a black eye on his rep right now.

Are you seriously saying that if Khan had, say, three successful defences against the likes of Bradley, Hatton, Campbell or Witter he would 'never be respected as a champion' because he didn't rematch and beat Prescott?!! Sorry, I call BULL****.

No I dont think hes saying that, but afterwatching the Prescott fight its harder to believe he can beat holt campbell or witter.

That won't happen, but yeah still because Kahn being put into a title position at 140 after getting 2 wins over some unknown and a way past his prime blown up featherweight doesn't constitute championship material after a devastating loss like that.

                End of thread.

But while we're still at it - Hopkins should rematch Clinton Mitchell, JMM should rematch Javier Duran, and so on. Do you understand how dumb this logic is?

Unless Prescott goes on some killing spree after this loss and grabs himself a world title, there's nothing to warrant a rematch with Khan. Seriously.

In all seriousness, does Pac still have Sangsurat and Torrecampo hanging over his head? You're delusional.

We all know what a true champion like Lewis would do. Either reel off one of the best heavyweight KOs in recent memory or make his opponent cry.

What has Paq done since those 2 losses? What has Khan done since his loss?

                      See my point?
