Sutherland is the only hope Ireland has in boxing and he's being compared to a middleweight DeGale. Who hasn't adapted to the pro game as fast as Sutherland because DeGale would rather fight to please the crowd after being booed on his first two outings.

DeGale is getting a title shot later this year and will probably be fighting for World titles in a couple of years. Sutherland will probably have to wait until he's 33 to even be mentioned on the World stage.

He'll always be known as the person who DeGale beat to get that gold.

No nae disrespect to Degale but Sutherland's supposed to look the best out all the Olympians.But I think it is a bit to early to tell because they're only fighting journeymen just now.I think it was s--t tbh booing him in his first pro fight and truth be it I would like to see him and Sutherland go far.I'm non biased in boxing because in 10 yrs time boxing would be s--t if we couldnt produce any good fighters from this neck of the woods.I think he looks decent in this one.I think he gets a bit to much crit as well tbh
