Two more months before he's even sentenced. Even if he only does a few months, it will be well into next year before he's in fighting shape again.

This is a serious offense. Good news is he will get time served, I'm sure. Bad news is, he'll serve over a year I'm willing to bet.

He'll get out before that. He's been there since May which will be used as time served, he has a lucrative job when he comes out, and he probably has some really solid lawyers with good guys from GBP vouching for him.
