nothing to do with buddy
the guy had brittle hands and doesnt hit hard, also takes too many punches for a guy with his style
i was quite shocked at how many people thought he would beat hatton to be honest

So was i, he never had a chance did he! No power to keep Ricky off and he is no where near as slick as a guy with his style and strength/power needs to be

I agree. McGirt did not destroy Paulie. Paulie was never going to be in the elite. I do think that there could have been a better trainer for him. Buddy wasn't the best pick, not at all. That being said, to place blame on Buddy for Paulie's shortcomings is nothing short of absurd, the chap did the best he could with Paulie.

cotto showed that a strong guy would bust paulie up,and that was a weight-drained cotto.his speed was impressive but he would have been better off as a lightweight
Lou Dibully destroyed Paulie Malignaggi. How are going to throw Malignaggi against Cotto? That was a terrible mistake on Dibully. Credit to Paulie for trying but Paulie got lucky Cotto broke his hand if not, the beating might have been worse.
