This is untrue. Tito begged and fought to get real fights for years. He repeatedly tried to get King to promote him or let him go, going so far as to fight a doubleheader with Pea (Tito fought Barnes) under Roy's promotion.

Tito was a victim of the old King way: have the next star on the current star's undercards until current star is tapped. King did it with Chavez underneath Tyson; Tito underneath Chavez.

Hell, King all but ruined Norris trying the same thing. Norris was an HBO headliner signed by King for Middleweight tournament that never came off. To his credit, King got Norris major main slots on ABC and Fox later but much momentum was lost.

Seriously,I'll say floyd,because I still believe without a doubt that he could have fought and beating better fighters than he has,Sharmba,Judah and Baldomir,who beat Judah just doesn't cut it for me!!Then I'd go with Tito,because that win over DLH,was a gift if I ever seen 1 and it was the blueprint to exposing him!!!

Floyd mayweather Jr.: his resume from 140 and below is really good, and the wins over oscar and ricky are decent, combine that with the fact that he is probbably the greatest defence fighter in our generation equals= he's an ATG, stop hatein'.

Roy jones Jr.: you guys cant be sitius, RJJ is the greatest pound 4 pound fighter ive seen in my lifetime, he Dominated an ATG in toney, he beat Bhop, and he made every fighter he faced look like a bum, the first MW to win the HW title in 106 years.

Bhop: look at his resume, then look how little facial marks he has, that should answer it.

Manny Pac: his legacy is great, he's beating great fighter after great fighter, regardless of what people think.

Tito: idk if he's an ATG but he had some really good wins, knowone should hate.

King just knew Tito was very limited and overrated..that's why he kept him back for so long.
