    a) how exactly did he ***** out if pavlik said that he wanted the fight at 160-166 then the fight was simply not going to be made because greene can't make that weight.

    b) fighting or even training with a damaged colon is a pretty valid excuse forlosing a fight imo. maybe its just me but i think that if you were to as any other athlete to train/fight/play with a damaged colon the'd be pretty hindered.

at the elite level the smallest of margins is the difference between success and failure.

imo greene would beat just about everybody at SMW except kessler, i think bute and AA would give him a tough fight. i think hed beat froch, ward, dirrell, taylor and andrade.

but him not being in the tourney is his own fault, he has been linked with big names in the past at SMW (lacy, miranda, bika, jean pascal) but his ego at the negotiating table gets in the way.

I really think when he didnt show up for FNF that one time, it hurt him alot to be honest. I like watching Green also

Green has no name value at all so you shouldn't be. They needed an American with brand value.

Green didn't use weight as an excuse not to fight Pavlik. He listened to that *** Greg Leon tell him how much money he deserved and it cost him. I know Green was sick during the Miranda fight, but he hasn't done anything meaningful since that loss. So until then Ward, Pavlik, and Abraham are superior fighters until he proves otherwise.

Green should be going after the WBO champ Balzsay and/or IBF champ Bute so he has more leverage (i.e. an alphabet belt). Green is good, but I guess the reason why he isn't in the tourney is because of his single loss to Miranda.

Admittedly, Taylor's admittance into the tourney is a little questionable given his recent string of losses and his mediocre UD victory over a spent shell named Jeff Lacy, but he's still a bigger name than Green.

I concur however Taylor losses were to elite fighters, not fighter like Miranda and if Green had colon issues, why fight Miranda in the first place....he's had no problem backing out of fights in the past.....me thinks he 's lying.
