he hadnt been in the gym with Joe in a while he had some issues. Hopefully he gets back into the swing of things. While he may not translate it well in an actual fight Malik has some of the best skills I have seen for a heavyweight while training sparring etc. Such a natural talent and its becoming wasted

ooo ok...yea i noticed that his KO percentage is deceving, the dude has some power but it seems that he gets caught up in clinches to easily when he starts to put combinations together and hurt his opponent

Been hearing about him for years...why isn't he ever showcased?

As a matter of fact, why don't we see more heavyweights fighting each other lately? What are they waiting for?

Maybe we need a heavyweight tournament like their doing with the super middles.

Gone are the good days of Bowe, Holyfield, Mercer, Bert Cooper, Morrison, Moorer, Stewart, Old Foreman, and the rest of the crew from that time period...........seemed like we were always seeing at least some heavyweight fights then.

Scott hasn't fought anyone in like 30 fights or more...you think he might have stepped up by now.I have been hearing about him for years.I believe he's still undefeated.I agree with you on that generation of heavyweights fighting each other...I miss them days.most of those guys had a few losses.any given night a guy could pull an upset.

Have you ever seen him fight? I'm guessing not, because if you had, you wouldn't care to know how his career was going.

By the way, HeartAttack, Ondrej Pala was supposed to be fighting Robert Hawkins, but now it's not on the schedule? I'd like to see Pala fight a veteran fringe contender now. I think he has some potential and the time is right for him to step up his level of competition.

I have a video of his fight with Boytsov - great fight while it lasted, with both landing big punches!
