Why do people keep dwelling on the past to keep this fight from happening? If you don't want to see this fight, you are not a boxing fan, period. Pacquiao probably saw what happened to JMM, and that will make him think twice before getting in the ring with Floyd. But Mosley isn't impressed with Mayweather's victory over JMM. What you guys need to realize is that HBO has turned down some of Mayweather's opponents for Shane like Gatti and Baldomir. I wonder why this is? Seems like double standards to me.

it's really funny when it comes to floyd about bringing up him calling these dudes out, because he wanted ot fight shane in his prime---floyd was amongst the bets fighters p4p in boxing back when he was at 130---he was almost top tier at 135--and became the p4p champion in 2005---yet, because it's old, it's irrelevant, but as soon as somebody posts his fight with castillo and margarito going up to him, it's the talk of the month---it kills me with these people---shane ducked floyd---period---floyd called out oscar, shane, winky, hatton, kosta, cassmayor, frietez, hamed, lascano, and they all in someway ducked him---and floyd never ducked winky--winky priced himself out---he didnt' take the challenge seriously---that's ducking to me---floyd and shane will fight each other, don't worry---the fight will happen---Comment

Did shane try to fights with them before or after Floyd beat them? Why do people keep dwelling on the past to keep this fight from happening? I know he tried to fight Gatti before Floyd beat him. And the reason why he ran the idea of fighting Baldomir to HBO was the fact that he thought he could probably use a bounce back type of fight after he lost a close fight to Cotto. And he pointed out the fact that HBO let Vernon Forrest fight Baldomir instead. The interview is on Fight Hype. I am just saying the fact that HBO was turning down some of Floyd's either future victims or past victims to fight Shane goes to show you that Shane would've beaten them a lot more impressively. I don't think Floyd could stop Margarito.Comment

Mosley had to move up because he was struggling at the weight, Mosley was fighting above LW when he was an amateur. He left the division because
A He was struggling at the weight
B Because Johnston and the other Champs would not fight him, so he decided to move up because he said, if they leave it too long i dont want them to catch me when i might be too weak at the weight, so i might aswell move up because they wont fight me now.Comment

floyd didn't become #1 p4p 'til 2005.
in 2005 mosley was at 154 and his career was in shambles.
he just lost back to back and people thought he was shot.Comment

All the more reasons for him to fight floyd then.
Floyd was p4p king, he was unranked.
You say his career was in shambles, what better way to resurect it than a win against a p4p king?
He was at 154, PBF was fighting at 145, they couldve met a 147.
For whatever reason Mosley didnt want to fight floyd, the fight was there for the taking if he really did. Now hes of age, coming off a divorce, and his career is nearing end. He wants a payday. Everyone seems to forget how he offered to goto 140 to fight PAC when then Cotto fight stalled. Hes obviously desperate.Comment

What a ****** comment...did you even watch the video? It features exactly ZERO call outs of Mosley until Bruseles. In 2004. While Mosley was set to fight Wright.
And why do people confuse people saying something...and actually negotiating for it.
LOL.Comment
