Henry Armstrong vs Manny Pacquiao: A DIRECT COMPARISON

Too many things to consider to compare. how would Armstrong have done in modern boxing? would he have his 100 knockouts with modern gloves? Would he have fought as many times?

I'm not saying Pac is on Armstrong's level but modern vs classic boxing just cant be compared.

henry armstrong never went up in wieght, he was always around 138, 140ish, but was beatin MW and welters,

record for WW defences: 14 times

Henry Armstrong DID fight at catchweights at least once or twice in his career, for the record.

So even back then catchweights were around and Armstrong wasn't immune of being involved in them either.

As I've mentioned in the past, if there were as many weight divisions during the time of Henry Armstrong, then he will probably be a lineal champ in 7 or more divisions.
