He is a bigger nutthugger than wlad_owns. He speaks as if Wlad is undefeated and never has been hurt. The other day he said Wlad would have destroyed a prime Rid**** Bowe, and that Wlad had more boxing skill in his pinky than Bowe had in his whole body. Even though Wlad only throw's 2, or 3 punches makimum.

I love Eddie Chambers. But countering over Wlad's jab with a right is something that no one has done.

Getting a hook over his right hand has happened.

Even though Chambers looked terrific against Dinitrenko, there was nothing in that fight that suggested he will compete with Wlad. Dimitrenko put some right hands through the guard, but he throws gay arm punches with his right and so couldn't discourage Chambers' pressure. Wlad will take the fight out of Eddie in the first minute.

Chambers-Chagaev would be a good fight. People forget quickly that Chagaev is still the second most skilled HW, with Chambers falling in right behind him in my opinion. Chambers would compete with Ruslan, but would fare even worse against Wlad than RS did.

You make some really valid points, as always.

            The thing that concerns me most, aside from all of the obvious advantages Wlad has, is this ;

Chambers tendency to use the high guard when he's not moving his head, or throwing back.

So far, it's worked for him against bigger guys like Peter and Dimitrenko.

But they're much slower than Wlad, and don't pack the power he does.

Something tells me Wlad could slam a right hand straight through poor Eddie's high guard and hurt him if he wanted to.

I'm just hoping for a good fight, and a good showing from Chambers.

Being the Philly street rat I am, you know I'm also hoping for a Chambers victory.

But I'll take what I can get on this one.

I'm proud of Eddie anyway, win, lose, or draw.

Whatever. You're entitled to your opinion. Bowe is not even as good as the last guy Wlad beat.

And if I gave you red you probably deserved it.

Ah man. Now Chagiev is better than Bowe? Yikes, and some people take your Klitscko nutthugging seriously. Carry on with your close minded ways. a jab and a right hand beat a complete arsenal in your book.

Eddie has a great style and skillset for taking on bigger fighters. Although I don't think he could beat Povetkin in a rematch, Chambers fares better against bigger opponents than does Povetkin. I think the people who say Chambers should move to CW have it all wrong. His body is made to fight bigger guys. But Wlad is a different story. Even if Eddie were to trouble Wlad for some rounds, he doesn't have the power to hurt him.

Eddie Chambers has done well for himself, and will continue to do so. I think he could beat Haye, Arreola, possibly Chagaev. He would even fare well against Vitali.

Did you start watching Wlad's fights this year? Wlad has the complete offensive arsenal, but has switched to an economic style that gives him the highest possible chance of winning. In his early days he did things offensively that Rid**** Bowe simply didn;t have the speed or coordination to pull off -- hooks off of feinted jabs, lead hooks moving backwards, lead rights off of feints, etc.

That's an interesting take as well.

I just really want to see him with a belt, and so long as the double headed monster known as the Klits are running the show at HW, I can't see it happening.

Then again, with these sanctioning bodies and alphabet soup belts, anything is possible.

                      Goddamn Wlad and his dominance.
