hell, cotto can't even dominate 147 lbs.
To be fair, he's beaten anyone not wearing plaster, and stopped all but the iron-chinned Mosley and Clottey.

Is it his fault that the IBF stripped him? Or that he didn't get the decision against Cotto?

It was Cotto's fault that he was stripped. Cotto took too long to sign the contract, hence why Clottey was stripped. Cotto took so long, IBF forced the mandatory upon Clottey against Isaac H from South Africa

If Cotto cared about titles, he would have signed earlier or fought Williams for the WBO belt instead of picking up another vacant title

Williams called out Cotto after beating Winky, Cotto ducks him and fights Clottey

Didn't Cotto lose to the same guy Williams schooled. Better yet he was forced to take two knees and he quit. Williams said he was willingly to make 147, yet Clottey is a better fight
Sorry but when anyone fights at 160 then calls out a WW that shouldn't matter that's just being a *****. Its funny that Cotto "ducks" one guy and fights the BEST in his division he gets called out non stop about it. Mayweather doesn't even FIGHT the top 3 in the division but he gets a free pass, its unbelievable. The fact of the matter is that Williams is just too long and tall, even if he gets a fight with the WW's he wants so bad it does ZERO for his career because people will see it as a bigger man beating on smaller men.

Williams wants the big money and thus he is calling out the division where money can be made, too bad for him he's 6'2" with the reach of a heavyweight, no matter how much he calls people out not one of them is going to fight him. You can call it ducking or whatever you want but when your giving up 12 inches in reach and 3-6 inches in height against a guy who brings in no money there is no point in fighting him.

Also, you say Williams schooled Margarito... it was a split decision, using this gorilla logic the Cotto/Clottey bout was a total beatdown of Clottey by Cotto... please.
