Cotto beat ssm and clottey, he gets a pass with margie, berto is ufc material, and pacq is trying to kill him via dehydration and pbf is on some dlh shyt!. PW IS the biggest fight he can make! Who would he get more credit defeating

WHY?

I don't think he's literally afraid to fight him, but at the same time Williams really isn't staking a claim for anything. He left the division he was actually a champion in and instead of continuing to pursue fights with a Cotto, Mosley, or anyone else, he left to the higher divisions that have maybe 2-3 names that will get him noteriety off a victory (Pavlik, Abraham, maybe Sturm). But now that just leaves Pavlik (which I think they should fight).

Williams is calling everyone out, but the reality is he brings nothing to the table. Even with Clottey, Cotto took that fight because the Margarito rematch was virtually impossible to make at that time, and seeing as Winky vs Williams had the attendance of a geriatric tennis match, you do the math.

I'd like to see Williams fight a Pavlik, Sturm, or even Angullo, Martinez, etc. IMO he beats Cotto, but in the end...the dude just isn't that big of a name yet. Cotto's fought the best WWs in the last 2 years.
