it was MANNY REQUEST. cotto said he can do the 145 now roach or manny want him at 143.

cotto is the 147 champ. he already agreed to go 145. if manny want to fight him he should go to 147.

and if he don't deserve the 60/40 then who deserve it?? cotto's the champ at 147

cotto deserves better than a 60-40 split with paquiao. his only loss was to cheating ass anfonio margachito. cotto's resumespeaks for itself. manny has wins over a drained de la hoya and average hatton. every other wins are questionable. plus cotto is going to knock his ass out.

na its good that cotto is gettin the smaller pie, favor is gunna be on pacquiao so betting odds will favor cotto fans cause once cottos koes pac we will win alot more money.

Quote: This should make the 2nd half of the year exciting. But hypothetically speaking, if Paco and Cotto do meet, where does that leave Mayweather? I don't think he wants to fight JMM. Not because he doesn't want to face Marquez, but i think he realizes that there's no money in it. Watch, Mayweather might start talkin about Cotto, cus of the Paco vs. Cotto.

Mayweather wants Pacquiao, that's where the money is right now. Everyone's chasing Pacquiao. JMM is almost obsessed with fighting Manny, and Mayweather fights for money.

Did you fail to hear the reports that Mayweather is getting a $15 million guaranteed purse to fight Juan Manuel Marquez. That is more than Pacquaio and Cotto will make combined in their fight against each other. After he beats Marquez, Mayweather can fight the Pacquaio/Cotto winner for at least another $15 million. So where did you get the ridiculous idea that there is no money in fighting Marquez? Or are you still smoking crack?

The last major boxing match, Pac vs Hatton generated 800,000 U.S. buys. When has the UFC ever generated 800,000 buys on a PPV. The last big UFC heavyweight match ended in the second round with a KO by Brock Lesnar against somebody. The previous time these two guys met, Lesnar tapped out in the second round against the same guy. There are no UFC fighters who dominate their division. They will win a few matches in devastating style and then get ko'd in the first round by someone no one ever heard of. The UFC matches are not based on skill. They are based on which fighter gets the first lucky punch in that night.

Will someone please explain to me why Pacquaio would agree to fight De La Hoya at 147, but insist that Cotto drop to 143? Could it be that Pac knows that Cotto at 147 would be at full strength and would probably come into the ring at 160, compared to De La Hoya, who was weight drained at 147 and came into the ring around the same weight? I am not a fan, but I can say one thing about Pac. He is not ******!!!!

Brock Lesnar fighting that "somebody" did 1.5 Million PPV buys... and as far as the rest of the **** u said, shows you absolutey have no idea what you're talking about. Now UFC 103 falls on the same night as the Mayweather fight.
