Your right Cotto would beat Marquez into a bloody mess...Cotto may not be as skilled a boxer as Marquez...but he can do a lot of the things Marquez did to Pacman...He can counter him using his speed and timing....adding that to the fact that he is massive compared to Marquez...It could be a long night for Paquiao.

The whole reason why people are worried about Cotto is because of his performance against Clottey...I don't even think Cotto won that fight, and if Cotto looked dominate, or as his old self, lol Freddie Roach wouldn't even have taken the fight...

So the fact Roach has even considered the fight for Paq, says enough lol. Plus with the weight drain, they're tryin to dead the fight out for them anyway they can....

Paq isn't gonna rope a dope, and wait for Cotto to waist his energy. If anything Paq is gonna be on the offensive early and try to get to Cotto's chin. But I think the purpose of them tryin to Weight Drain Cotto is the same reason they did it to Oscar, to take away the jab. Cotto has a decent Jab. Once Cotto can't jab, or he's too tired to Jab, or he can't find his jab, OR he can't throw his jab without gettin countered over it...he starts running backwards.

I think Paq's camp is hopin the weight drain will have Cotto on the ropes covered up, lol like Oscar.

The point was you can't compare Cotto and Marquez. Two very different fighters at two very different weights fighting Pac at very different points in his career.

You didn't think Cotto won the fight? I had him winning 6 rounds and the knockdown put him over the top...I'd like to see your scorecard...if it's available.

If Pac is taking the Cotto fight because he didn't look impressive fighting Clottey...I only hope he understands that Clottey is no David Diaz...no Drained Oscar...and no over hyped no defense Hatton.

for the people that dont think cottos performance was any good against clottey need to reevaluate there boxing knowledge. Cotto knocked clottey down, when has that ever been done to clottey? cotto had 1 eye from the third round on to the end of the fight and still manage to dominate. U ppl are dum and dont know **** about boxing, ur in for a surprise when cotto fights pacquiao, cotto by tko 11th.
