the dela hoya-pac fight was viewed by a lot of people as just purely business fight, a highly mismatch fight in favor of oscar. a lot of boxing fans got pissed and did not buy the ppv. some got disappointed with what happened to the dela hoya-pbf fight, turned out to be a big snoozer, that they promised not to be fooled by an oscar fight again. these things hurt the ppv sales of oscar-pac, not to mention the economic slow-down. but had they known that pac would give oscar a bad beating they would have bought the ppv. true story
