Floyd's right, it won't happen 50-50. Pacquiao without a doubt deserves the larger share. I'd say 65-35 for Pacquiao. He's proven himself time and time over and most importantly gives the people who pay their hard earned money for tickets or PPV something worth remembering. Floyd is good at making people who bought tickets get up and leave, or wish they never bought the PPV. No way is the boring guy gonna get the dough just because he comes back. This is his way of pricing himself out. Floyd is a chicken.

I'm not sure how one compares Mayweather's career thus far, to that of Pac. I don't put much stock into have a zero in the loss column--as Mayweather loves to point out, it's all relative. Who has he fought lately?
Sometimes in life you work hard just to protect that 0, and in the end you realize didn't leave the best of yourself out on the floor, or ring in this instance. I think May will come to that realization someday. He doesn't have the fire to put it all on the line, instead he uses his mouth to offset the injustices of the world brought down on him by so called "haters".
Contrarily, it appears to me that Pac pushes himself and seeks out challenges, win or lose his legend grows each time he steps into the ring. I think Mayweather is the best pure talent in boxing but that doesn't equate to being the best. Talent and greatness are not synonymous.
For those who adamantly share man-love for Money May, who would you like to see him face off with? Instead of angrily defending him, who would you match him with--without talking about dollars? He seems to get a pass based on his talent alone and that is far from an objective observation. The best fighters in the world need to stake there claim in the ring, not in a board room where they can price/negotiate themselves out of fights.

I think we should let the Mayweather-Marquez and the Pacquiao-Cotto (or Mosley maybe) fights play out before we determine which guy deserves the bigger cut of the money. I don't think a 50/50 split is unfair if a Pac-Mayweather fight goes down because of Pacquiao's bigger fan base and Mayweather's stronger PPV numbers.
