At 147, Im Prett Sure Mosley KOs him(Too bad Shane dont want none),Against Cotto is a 50/50 FIght, if Williams keeps Cotto on the outside all night he wins a Clear UD or late rounds TKO, but if Cotto ****s Williams on the onsoide, Williams is dead meat. Quintana can beat him too, this is already proven.

At 154, Santos, and kirkland can KO him, Dziziruk and Martinez have a chance, but I still think Williams beats almost everbody if not everybod there.

At 160, he gets owned by pavlik, and sturm gives him a run for his money the rest he beats IMo

Noone will take on this man. Mayweather? Get real. Mosely? He has openly ducked him. Pavlik? He is busy taking on inferior 154lbers like Martinez and Mora. Cotto? Arum won't go ANYWHERE NEAR PAUL WILLIAMS.

However, not only is he the most feared, he is the best. Apart from maybe Pavlik, noone from 147-160 can beat this guy. He's an animal. I'm not saying he would blow everyone out the water but he can mix it up how he likes; from range, inside (he has EXCEPTIONAL inside game, especially considering he is 6'3) and in a war. His home is the ring.

I hear all this screaming about Marquez v PBF and Cotto v Pac at Welterweight. LMFAO. The Punisher would knock those 4 clowns out in the same night.

Until someone decides to STEP UP TO THE PLATE and PROVE Williams is beatable in his current form, THEY ARE PRETENDERS.

The true champ from 147-160 everyone:

Man Ive been saying it. id ont think theres a 147lber or 154lber thta can beat him at this point in his career

no one can stop him...carlos quintana is a lucky man for pulling that victory out of a strange PW that night...there are no excuses...but i don't think PW will be losing again anytime soon...

Sorry, I put Pav's KO win over Taylor over Williams' fight over Winky. Considering Pav got knocked down in the 2nd round to come back and KO Taylor said a lot.

Taylor was the undefeated Middleweight champ, Winky was coming off a 2 year layoff...and still fought a decent fight to his credit.

Sturm? Hahaha. No way. After that sorry display against Gevor (who totally got robbed), in which he didn't even throw anything half the time, Williams of all people would have an absolute field day against him.

Guy who throws non-stop >>> guy who throws an occasional fancy flurry

you mean the 38 year old winky that got into the ring after a two year lay off coming from a loss?
