Williams is the TRUE CHAMP from 147-160. The rest are FRAUDS.

Let's face it. Williams is the most avoided man in boxing today. He is an AWESOME fighter. He will go anywhere from 147-160 FOR THE BEST and has ever called out Calzaghe for a good old fashioned slap fest.

Noone will take on this man. Mayweather? Get real. Mosely? He has openly ducked him. Pavlik? He is busy taking on inferior 154lbers like Martinez and Mora. Cotto? Arum won't go ANYWHERE NEAR PAUL WILLIAMS.

However, not only is he the most feared, he is the best. Apart from maybe Pavlik, noone from 147-160 can beat this guy. He's an animal. I'm not saying he would blow everyone out the water but he can mix it up how he likes; from range, inside (he has EXCEPTIONAL inside game, especially considering he is 6'3) and in a war. His home is the ring.

I hear all this screaming about Marquez v PBF and Cotto v Pac at Welterweight. LMFAO. The Punisher would knock those 4 clowns out in the same night.

Until someone decides to STEP UP TO THE PLATE and PROVE Williams is beatable in his current form, THEY ARE PRETENDERS.

The true champ from 147-160 everyone:

The fact that Quintana beat him says something about him though.
Sure he got his revenge but he still lost to a guy Cotto beat in 5 and it took Williams 13.

Nothing says "Middleweight Champ" like beating a rusty unranked 37 year old Winky Wright.

Could that first fight not have been an off night. FFs Quintana isn't 1/100th the fighter of Winky Wright, and Williams took him to the cleaners in a fight I thought he would lose.

I respect Cotto but he lost to Margarito when Williams had already beaten him well.

Williams would devastate Cotto. Perhaps in less than 4 rounds.

That Winky Wright win was better than any of Pavliks wins.
