    Elio rojas wins world title!!

I knew he was going to win, he upset Takahiro Aoh today in Japan. This guy is one of the best fighters in the world and has been fighting under the radar forever. His only loss was a bs robbery in Mexico in a fight where he dominated and was deducted like 100 points lol. Good to see him finally win the title. Maybe now he can get some recognition. Don King has done a miserable job promoting him though.

Warp.....I believe we had a bet on this fight

loll yea I'm a big Gamboa fan but he did seem to duck Rojas. He was scheduled to fight Elio but backed out and fought some other guy with the last name Rojas to make it seem like he was fighting the same guy or something lol.

Nope, he was supposed to fight Jose first, but Jose backed out of the fight, then he was scheduled to fight Elio but for some reason (I don't remember what it was.. but it was a ****ty one) Oner stopped that fight and was able to get Jose again. This being said, it's ridiculous to say that Gamboa ducked Rojas, he probably didn't even know who he was. Gamboa doesn't really know the profesional boxers around him, as the other cubans. When someone ask him or Lara who they wanna fight next, they always say they don't know any other boxer, so whoever their promoter team bring to them. The only two people that Gamboa has called out is Pacquiao and Mayweather, because they are the two most popular fighters. And it wasn't a ****y thing, he said it would be an honour if one day he could fight either of them.

Now, I'd REALLY like Yuri vs Elio for an unification!!!!! That would be a great fight that would make sense.

Elio Rojas of the Dominican Republic scored a resounding points victory over Takahiro Aoh of Japan to become the new World Boxing Council (WBC) featherweight champion on Tuesday.

The three judges scored it 116-113, 117-111, 118-110, all in favour of Rojas.
