I think Pac has shown what his power can do to elite fighters like Barrera, Marquez, Morales, and Hatton. Cotto hasn't shown that with elites like Mosley, Margo, and Clottey. But Cotto has been crazy power when he fight B level comp. I also think Cotto's body work is the best in the game right there with Dawson, Floyd, and Mosley. His body work can break fighters down period.

Pac is all speed. yea there is power but guys like David Diaz said they can take the power but hes too fast.

My bad I read the question wrong. Whoever lands will be getting hurt period. Both have power in this fight. The winner will win based off power. I also think Cotto has underated speed because of his great timing.
