Cotto is a bigger draw. He brings most of the east coast viwers (lots of Puerto Ricans in the east coast) and something Mosley can't bring...Hardcore fans that follow him everywhere.

mosely vs pac is just as big as cotto vs pac......plus mosely is the guy to beat at 147.....it's better for pac's legacy if he wins but its also the tougher fight...

Correction...i didnt say ME, i said THEY as in roach and his team..... of course everyone expected DLH to give a much better fight then that...probably including pacs team, but i mean they KNEW they could take the fight at 147 and still win, unlike taking a cotto at 147 which would be way to dangerous....

How many buys his two fights did with De La Hoya? I can't remember but I don't think they even crak 1 mill and Pacquiao can't touch De La Hoya when it comes to putting butts in seats.

The first one did over 500,000. That was Shane's first time on PPV. The second fight did over 900,000. That's still a lot of PPV numbers imo. The first Vargas fight did close to 500,000. The Second Vargas and Cotto fight did over 3D0,000.

Those are good #'s and only Tyson and Hoya can draw huge #'s over a mill. So for any fighter to crack over a mill besides those two, the best have to fight the best.
