No need to debate, just answer this question...

Who is healthy, the one who lose weight or the one who gain weight?
We are talking about a maximum of 5 pounds here (plus/minus) and not 10 pounds.

To all people who believes Cotto losing 1-2 pounds will gonna get killed are just plain ******s...

My normal weight is 155 and sometimes I drop to 152 without having any problem... but when my appetite is good and adding 3 to 4 lbs to my weight, I feel breathing difficulty even when walking... Adding weight is more difficult than losing 2 to 3lbs...
