list all the guys who lost a fight moving down in fight.

      for everyone you list.

i'll list 2 guys that lost moving up in weight.

everyone is making such a big deal about this.

let them negotiate and figure it out.

in the end......whoever will win , will win because of skills and attributes NOT because of a couple of pounds.

In all fairness, if Pacquiao knows Cotto is at a huge disadvantage going down to 143, how does this make a victory over Cotto any good?

But to be honest, I think it's more of Pacqiao's team trying to pull last minute shinanigans before they sign the fight, but Cotto ain't gonna budge. He can still fight Mosley (which is a pretty important fight in itself). I wanna believe Pacquiao himself knows he can fight Cotto even at 147, but his team are looking at the bigger picture (Floyd) and a loss to Cotto would almost definitely ruin the chances of that fight happening next (or so we think...).

If Pacquiao wants to fight the best Miguel Cotto, it's gotta be 145-147. Cotto's the Welterweight champion, not Pacquiao.

It's the other way around buddy. Pac is scare, because not only does he wants Cotto to go down to 143 lbs, but he also wants to fights for Cotto's belt. Why can he go up? I'll tell you why he is a big pu$$y. He don't want any of Cotto.

I agree. But in the end all of pacs handlers still work for pac.
I think pac should just man up and fight miguel @ 147. Should pac win, It would be a much sweeter victory.
