Cotto should challenge Pacquiao's lineal belt at 140 so he can get full recognition. Beating Pac at 145 or 147 won't get him credit.

Its unfair to both fighters, this fight is BS, shouldn't be happening any way. Cotto is at a bigger disadvantage coming in weight drained than Pacquiao coming in a few pounds heavier. Pacquiao showed he can bring his power to WW, Cotto can not be at his level drained.
