Khan is one of the fittest boxers out there, I don't see him getting tired. I'm just worried he will get dragged into exchanges and let his guard down. His best chance to win, is to stay on the outside, use his jab, and fight carefully.

I don't know enough about Kotelnik yet, but in light of his relatively low KO% I got Khan so far. If you can't stun Khan he's going to be one tough customer.

That's a good point, but Limmond had Khan hurt, and he only had a KO record in the 20% range. Plus he was moving up in weight. Kotelnik is a natural 140 pounder, and while he only has a KO ratio of around 40%, if Khan isn't careful, he could get knocked out.
