Sam Peter is the saviour of the Heavyweight division so he's the last great heavyweight. Against Chambers and Vitali he was out of shape, untrained and unfocused like Lewis against Rahman.

Peter is the slickest and the chosen one, that's why people who know about boxing say Ali is the Peter of the 70es.

Both KlitschkO brothers ARE great HW fighters like it or not! Lewis wasn't considered "great" until after he beat a way past prime and much smaller Holyfield (while struggling in both fights) and a completely shot Tyson. I guess the Klits should fight Holyfield or Tyson to get proper credit because as "great" as Lewis was he was never able to dominate (he struggled with several opponents) the way Wlad has over the last few years...

lewis was what 18 months younger than Holyfield & it was close the 2nd fight but you must have missed the 1st fight.he landed like 150 more punches, threw 400 more & pitched a shutout & they called it a draw.even the American fans booed the decision.

not only americans see Leenox Lewis as "nothing special" their are lots of boxing fans world-wide who do not rate Lewis as an ATG ... take away Lewis defeat of Mike Tyson (who was 10-12yrs past his best fighting days) and Lewis never accomplished very much, Lewis was deamed to have been unlucky to only get a draw in his 1st fight against Evander Holyfield, yet Lewis was very fortunate to be given the decision in their return fight, almost every sports writer at ringside had Holyfield as a clear winner, Lewis then refused to fight a 3rd and deciding fight.. As Undisputed Heavyweight Champion of the world Lewis brought the sport into disrepute by refusing to fight the No1 contenders, claiming they did not deserve a shot at the title, Yet Chris Byrd & John Ruiz both beat Evander Holyfield far easier than what Lennox Lewis did, Byrd beat David Tua far easier than Lennox Lewis did.. Lewis was the only champion in history to be stripped` of every version of the title.. whether you think Lewis could or could not beat those contenders, that fact is Lewis himself did not feel he could have beaten them other-wise he would have fought them... i do not and never have gone along with the line Lewis kept spewing out that "Michael Grant is the more difficult opponent" ... Lewis sat ringside with Donald Trump at the Grant vs Golota fight and seen first-hand how Golota floored and exposed Grant as nothing more than a class C fighter, yet Lewis immediately signed to fight the exposed Grant rather than John Ruiz who was on a 5yrs win streak and had been No1 contender for over 18 months... Lennox Lewis career is littered with questionable incidents that fight-fans can call into question... I am British yet no-way is Lennox Lewis an ATG in my book and that is the same thought as most fight-fans i talk to

I'm sure Ricky Hatton will climb back into the ring again.

the klitschkos are really great heavyweights, very smart and strong, but unspectacular like lennox, mike and ali was, in my opinion in the near future will come a good fighter, who knows probably is there a fighter in the "underground" and has some build-up fights at the moment, hmm Arreolo looks very promising, but we will surely see it in the future, for some years klitschkos will surely dominate the heavyweights
