I think Berto is the bets choice. Paul WIlliams would beat mosley and Clottey would pose a super tough fight.

Its good for both parties if a Mosley berto fight gets made. Berto can get his name out there if he wins or puts a good fight up. which I highly doubt but anything can happen.

If I woere to call a Berto Mosley prediction I would say mosley by Knockout

Where is Mike Jones love. I know he hasn't realy fought anyone yet but he's a young undefeated fighter and far better than Gomez and Aydin I believe.

But yea this fight should just get made. Just get on with it already. I think Mosely dominates but it could a be a decent fight if Berto brings it and trains hard.

I want to see this fight. Both have an exciting style which will make the fight worth seeing. He should beat Berto and then go after Floyd or the Pac vs Cotto winner. If Cotto were to lose to Pac, but it was close I see a rematch with Mosley. If he beats Cotto, which I have a strong feeling he would. Then the winner of Pac vs Floyd and Mosley would be huge also

Cintron should fight Spinks or Santos
Pavlik and Williams should be fighting
Clottey is in a hard postion to be honest

im gonna be in the minority here, but i think berto beats mosley by outboxing him. berto is no margarito. it was always the boxers with fleet foot & athletic that gave mosley problems. mosley is still 37. berto by decision.

i can't see it...berto's last 2 fights have exposed him...he will take a beating from any or the top 5 guys...when things don't go according to plan...he can't improvise...

basically what i'm saying is "i don't want to see this fight"...let him fight someone like zab...then clottey...then we'll see...

I also think people underate Mosley's boxing skills. The Collazo fight was a good example of what he can do with a slick fighter. Plus the Margo fight had alot of skill in the fight.

I have down talked this fight before because I don't think Berto is ready for it and I don't think he deserves it. But I would rather see the fight than have Shane Mosley sit out for the rest of the year. I won't give Mosley too much criticism if he decides not to fight Paul Williams, but I will be pissed if Williams doesn't get a fight with Pavlik, while Berto gets this shot at Mosley. Williams already has two victories over Margarito and Wright. And what are Berto's best victories? I don't mind a Berto-Mosley fight, but keep everything fair.

Willams should have never given up his belt at 147. That was his downfall. But if there is anyone who can beat Willaims it would be Shane

I don't think Williams is unbeatable even though I press the issue for other big name fighters to get in the ring with him. I don't use the weight or lack of marketability excuse to shut him out of the picture like a lot of other of these people do. I want someone to prove to me if he is overrated or not. And Williams had to give up his belt at 147 because HBO wasn't going to let him fight Michael Jennings on their network. It's like HBO didn't want him to be a Welterweight anymore. That's what people don't understand. Hell, they even turned down a Delvin Rodriguez fight for Paul Williams. That fight would've been decent because Rodriguez can punch. And we know the story with Clottey since that fight was low balled last year.

And the part of your post of where you say Paul isn't invincible is the part I agree with. If he gets tagged with the same punches by Shane Mosley that he did with Verno Phillips and Sharmba Mitchell, he could get hurt. Margarito had power, but we can't really say he has more power than Mosley. Can we? Someone is going to eventually have to step up to the plate and fight him though. Pavlik needs to grow some balls. That way we can have enough bread for everybody. Mosley gets his unification fight with Berto. And Williams gets a good payday and a chance at a Middleweight title with Pavlik.
