Baldomir is faster than Tony..and has a better chin and defense...at least he can throw a straight punch..

I bet Carlos would have given Shane a better fight than Tony did.

DAVID ESTRADA gave Shane more trouble than Marge

Cotto saw what happens when you say Floyd's name after a fight..that's why he conveniently FORGETS the words Floyd Mayweather whenever those HBO cameras are in his face.

he's also a naturally smaller fighter than mayweather whilst doing this. mayweather fans ...
Pac's win over DLH was not better than Mayweather's, but yes they're butthurt.

Wrong, Oscar was number one at that weight at the time Floyd fought him. Oscar just beaten the guy who beaten Forrest TWICE.

Oscar best win at 154 at the time was Mayorga while Forrest was Ike in a 10 round bout. Forrest hadn't even had a title, He won the title Mayweather left vacant

Mayweather fight night weight 148. The closet and best opponent would be 141 JMM OR 148 Pacman.

        2006 Ring Magazine Annual Ratings
        Junior Middleweights
        Title Vacant

        1. Shane Mosley
        2. Cory Spinks
        3. Roman Karmazin
        4. Kassim Ouma
        5. Sergei Dzindziruk
        6. Oscar De La Hoya
        7. Fernando Vargas
        8. Vernon Forrest
        9. Ike Quartey
        10. Verno Phillips

Like i said and some else said earlier oscar was not number 1 guy at 154 when floyd fought him.

I know the fight happened in 2007 but these are the rating after oscar had fought mayorga. The rating are from Ring Magazine April 2007 issue. His next fight was against floyd so I doubt he was bumped to number 1 right before his fight against floyd.

            **** mayweather haters,
he has a diffrent style then pac, his isnt as come forward, so?

            ill tell you one thing,
PBF has the style to beat the **** out of pac,
if pac struggled with the countering of JMM,

            then he aint beatin mayweather.

yes some of they are. see how ******ed and childish their replies become. however way they want to twist it or deny it, the whole boxing world knows pac's resume ****s on mayweather's.

yeah they'll come back w/ blah blah blah but that's just to convince and make themselves feel good

I won't even reply to you 15 year old bs, but at the end of the day Pacman ****s on floyd. Fighter of the Decade is the Pacman, no one can take that away.

I dont care if floyd beats pac, doesn't maker him a higher atg than pacman. floyd wont ever achieve what pac has in 6 years of becoming a 'name' fighter.

hatton & oscar in much dominating & entertaining fashion vs fraud jr's snoozers vs the same opponents.

                      Pacquiao trumps Fraud jr.'s resume.
might be but it still is espn.

they have a few boxing writers over there though i'm sure a few of the voters were not hardcore boxing followers.

btw that list is from 2003.
