Arthur Abraham -VS- Andre Ward Poll!

Who wins this? Personally, with Abraham's workrate and Wards spoiler/crafty style I see Ward taking a decision. How does everyone see it playing out? Poll to follow.

I definitely think it could be a difficult fight on the eyes.

i think abraham is too much for ward right now, abraham will probably be a better fighter at 168 lbs, he looked so wasted in his last few at 160 lbs.

i'm puzzled why dirrell and ward entered this tourney so early in their careers.

I disagree. All the 2000 Olympians went after titles by this point. So it's about time for a step up for the class of 2004.

Ward is taller, faster and maybe stronger than AA. People forget that AA is pretty short for a SMW. Ward can outbox AA.

it's time they step up yes, but miranda to kessler is a massive step for for ward and for dirrell he has never fought anyone like froch either. there is a calibre of fighter inbetween for each guys who they probably should have fought first.

yeah im thinking the same thing -the likes of greene, bute, andrade and possibly bika would have made the tournament more interesting.

but its nice to see promoters who are willing to let their young guns gain experience, often you learn more from a loss than you do a win. i doubt ward and direll will escape this tourney without a L on both their resumes but they'll be sharing the ring with the best and will be able to guage how far they have yet to go.

i expect AA to be abetter fighter at 168 than he was at 160, one of the main criticisms of his style is his lack of output but at 168 i expect him to be fresher, sharper and more active.

The fight might only going to happen if both made the final 4...so let's wait and see how they're both doing in the preliminaries...

I like both fighters, there is a intimidating pressense about AA, big puncher, good chin and that spells trouble for most people.

Ward would win if he did not get ****** in and kept the fight at long range, he starts staying in too long and taking advantage of AA shell like defence then he could get clipped with something big.

There is always a tendancy to to stay in there to long when you are fighting a guy like Clottey,Sturm,AA because you can land or look busy when their hands are up.
