Lennox KO'ing Tyson with that dull, echoing "WHUMPPPPPP" sound. It was my 1st PPV ever, and my 'return' to watching boxing since the '90s. Time was 4am and I'm just going "MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN, FUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCKKKK!!!! DOOOOOWN YOU GO, FUCKIN STAY DOWN YOU CUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Even me mum was chuffed, but she would've wanted a longer fight for the money we spent. :laff2:

I managed to avoid the result all day and waited for the replay on ITV. The thing is, I did actually click 'new posts' on this forum out of curiosity but quickly exited before I saw anything. However, my wandering eyes managed to find a bit that said 'Taylor beats Froch'.

I was gutted, but still determined to watch the fight later that night. I remember being in bed watching it, then in the last round when he started that big flurry of punches I got out of bed. As soon as he knocked him down, I started going crazy. Jumping up and down. When the fight stopped I genuinely felt happy for Froch.

It's crazy, Froch isn't a favourite fighter of mine. But still got my adrenaline rushing around my body.
so u just got into boxing?

Damn, I stayed up that night, with a really crappy stream.

It sorted out around round 2-3, When Froch was getting smashed and knocked down.

I was watching the fight in disbelief at how many levels apart the fighters seemed, I was like damn, man.

So in my head, after seeing Froch totally outboxed, I couldn't really imagine him winning in my head, even after he got a few of the later rounds.

I was hoping he would come out and KO Taylor in the last round, but **** like that never happens with me, Usually when i'm supporting fighters something special doesn't happen.

That night, it did. I was amazed when he knocked him down, then KO'd him with 14 seconds to go, I was running about at 4am trying to keep quiet, I actually sprained my thumb somehow and couldn't move it for a few days after the celebrations hahaha.

hearing all this makes me want to go watch it again, I might just go do that now.

"I'm going back to England Mom, and I'm keeping my title!"
