no gaurentee he gets a licence back in the states.I watched fnf about 6 months ago & atlas was talking to melvina lathon(who was appointed the head of the newyork state athletic commision)& she said if it happen in new York he'd never fight again.he still may not get a licence & if he fights before febuary that makes things worse.I'd wait if I was margarito & see what happens.the more he battles in court the worse he looks.he is a cheater & should be a man & take his punishment uncontested.he can still fight in Mexico & make $.the real money is in ny,las vegas,etc. You are an idiot margarito but I'll still watch you fight.I'd go see you in Mexico live if I was there too.
