the ref should have let yamaguchi move on to the next round and possibly take a point away from dibb. i mean, he stepped off the edge of the ring, fell forward onto his forearms and had to sit back up before dibb even hit him.

What i dont understand is how the heck this guy got away with it, when they were watching the reply even the supporting crowd boo'd and then the interviewer cong**** him for cheating. and the commentators did they know anything about boxing.

why are aussies fooling themselves there is no good boxing there i thought british boxing was bad but this is just ridiculous. the ref needs to be fired as he made one vital mistake as soon as someone drops you move the other opponent to the other side so they dont land any cheaky shots. dibb needs to suspended for a whole year and needs to suck on a **** for being a ****. the commentators need to be commentating on ufc from now on this is boxing no do what the F you like.

You're right, I thought Irish boxing was bad for biasd commentary, but what I just witnessed is in another universe.

billy rushed him and maybe scored a clean KD could have been a slip, but then the blatant cheap shot square in the face really messed up the jap and he was all scrambled

Good point. But don't you think that at least he should've taken a point from Dib and give the guy like 5 min. to recover, besides that was at the end of the round and he beat that count. That was a terrible mistake by the ref.

Uhhh, yeah, Ronnie mate, you should really watch the fight before commenting on it. First, he (Kenichi) was not dropped by a punch. He absolutely slipped while moving backward because his leg slipped straight off the edge of the canvas as he tried to dodge a punch.

Second, Dib also went after Kenichi again in the aftermath of the ridiculous result. The only commentator that was trying to say he thought it was wrong and that they should be looking at it again was never heard from again after saying it. Weird, pathetic result for the first free TV series for boxing in a long time.

Daggum? Although you're a wanker, you're at least right in one respect with that comment. Well, actually you're kind of wrong too. Aus has always had a bad record of refereeing and ****e like this, so we're already up there with Germany. We haven't had any fights as bad, but that may also be that we haven't had as many big fights here, especially as of late.

1- Billy Dib is a piece of s•••, doesn't have any class. No sportmanship.

2-I hadn't seen a worst call by a referee since the Soto-Lorenzo fight. It was the referee's fault.
