I've changed my mind about this fight. I'm picking Froch to win by late KO.

I'm sticking by my pick, I believe Dirrell when he said it was just a miscalculation, he didn't look like a weight drained fighter or a fighter that had to struggle mightily to make weight at the weigh in. Dirrell by decision.

I agree with the bold. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, as he didn't look drawn. It'll be interesting, that's for sure.

I thought of this earlier, what if Dirrell owns most of the early rounds like many are predicting, but there's a clash of heads and the fight has to be stopped with Dirrell leading on the cards?

The only reason I bring it up is because A) I expect Dirrell to fight a lot as a southpaw, increasing the amount of chances for Dirrell and Froch to have an accidental clash and B) No one else has brought up this possibility.

Headbutts are always a possibility, I don't really see it happening though.

Yeah, I know. It was more of a crazy "what if...." moment that I had. I do see it going the distance though. This has Dirrell-Stevens written all over it, despite the fact Froch is much better than Stevens.

I'm curious who the judges and ref are, along with how big the ring is. Dirrell better pray that it's bigger than 18 feet.

I wouldn't be surprised if the referee is British or European but there should be international judges for the fight, like one from the UK, one from the US and one from a neutral country. And I would think this fight would have a normal sized 20x20 ring, at least I hope so.

Yeah you got some hefty e-cash on Dirrell.

I don't know if it'll be 20X20. When I watch European fights, especially those from the UK, they seem smaller. It could be the lighting, because the arenas look much darker in the UK.

Domestic UK fights have smaller rings quite often but international fights are normally fought in 20x20 rings. Should be OK.
