I wouldn't be surprised if the referee is British or European but there should be international judges for the fight, like one from the UK, one from the US and one from a neutral country. And I would think this fight would have a normal sized 20x20 ring, at least I hope so.

Like Shadows said, I'm betting on Dirrell.

But 20x20 is the standard size for a ring, not too big and not too small. It's fair for both guys.
