Cotto is by no means a PPV blockbuster himself.

He's a recent KO victim coming off a lackluster performance in which he looked more like Lance Armstrong than a prize-fighter.

Fanny's team are CLEARLY looking at Cotto because he's on the slide and far less dangerous than Shane Mosely.
