But what Mayweather lacks in confidence to compete with the big guys, Marquez makes up for in confidence to compete with the big guys. Gotta love Marquez' heart, but it still isn't that intriguing of a fight. But it will be a bigger over all event if Marquez actually pull's it off, lol that **** would be serious.

Because JMM has a 10-20% chance of winning and their styles don't mesh well.

I will watch only in the hope that JMM pulls it off, but not to be entertained.

For me it's just a matter of which fight seems more dramatic, more exciting, more entertaining. That would be Pac - Cotto.

How come?

JMM/FMJr fight is finalized and is actually scheduled a lot sooner than MP fight w/ MC.

Why?

Is it because of the lack of interest of that fight?

Is it because.."The boxing world needs me" according to FMJr.

Maybe, it's because people don't believe JMM stands a chance?

In all honesty any way how that fight ends we all lose.

Why?

Because I'd like to see MP fight both JMM and FMJr.

But, we all know that if JMM wins or vice versa that Pac will never fight the loser.

My guess? Even if JMM did stand a chance, and was close to winning a decision it'll never happen because Don King (cough) I mean FMJr. will rigg the fight to make sure he gets his biggest payday fight w/ MP.

id say pacman v cotto gets more attention because:

1. pacman is p4p #1
2. mayweather is a welterweight and he is fighting a lightweight.
3. Mayweather is a prick for not fighting mosley, cotto or margarito.

For me, it is the fact that Floyd acts like he is the lifeblood of boxing when Manny is the sports truest star now and he never even brags on TV. People really are getting tired of Floyd's mouth I think and would watch a fight between him and Mosley or him and Cotto as opposed to a fight with him and a guy 2 weight classes above the point where he has never fought even once...that is not a big turn on to some people...same deal with Pavlik Hopkins (low PPV numbers)

I personally think Floyd is kinda scared of WW's where Manny does not seem to be. Floyd appears to run a lot in his fights (which is his right to fight that way) where Pac attacks with aggression the entire fight. Finally, the Cotto vs. Pac fight appears to me, to be more competitive than the PBF vs. JMM fight due to age and weight gain factors.

Just my opinion though

what has shown you pac is not afraid of welterweights, he wants to fight cotto at 143 which is not welter and he fought de la hoya who is really a light middleweight coming down in weight. And for everyone that says JMM is boring quit watching old tapes and watch his last fights. The reason i think pac/cotto gets more publicity is because i really think people think that the winner of that is the only one that could really beat floyd besides mosley, who mayweather would actually really ever have a chance at fighting.
